Kilimanjaro Trek 2019
Every year we choose projects to fund and for 2019 we decided to raise funds for our second Lumenis Ultra Pulse CO2 Laser Machine to be donated in Johannesburg to help children with their scars and also to keep funding the U-matter program. Trekking is something that we love to do. It is a challenge and by doing this we honor all burn survivors around the world for their courage and resilience. We also find that people like to trek not only for their personal achievement but for a cause that is close to their heart. Trekking trips changes us on many levels and doing it for a worthy cause makes it a lot more gratifying. Facts and all the info is on the info pack by inspired adventures.

As part of the Together to Give Kilimanjaro Trek 2019, you will hike to the peak of the world’s highest freestanding mountain, Kilimanjaro (5,895m). Join a group of passionate supporters like yourself, over seven unforgettable days as you trek through five different climatic zones with experienced local guides and Doctor.
By day, you will traverse through verdant rainforest, alpine
meadows and ice fields. By night, you will camp by mountain lakes in the shadow of glaciers. Best of all, you will also raise vital funds for The Avela Foundation together with The Smile Foundation to transform the lives of South African children with burn injuries.
